1. General Policy

• These terms govern all services, consultations, and products offered by Shveata Mishra (SM).

• By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

• Shveata Mishra (SM) reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

 

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds for Services: Once a service (including but not limited to style consultations, curated packages, or transformation sessions) has been confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Services rendered are highly personalized and time-sensitive.

• No Refunds for Questionnaires: Pre-consultation questionnaires are non-refundable. They are essential components of personalized service preparation.

• Custom Orders:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any custom dress order.

  • The remaining 50% payment is due prior to dispatch.

  • Once the design process has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

• No Refunds for Package Services: Full payment is required upfront for all service packages. Once booked, no refunds will be granted, whether the service is used in full or in part.

• Completed Services: No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for services once fully or partially completed.

 

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made via the payment methods specified on our website.

• For custom dress orders, 50% payment is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon dispatch.

• Non-payment of outstanding balances may result in cancellation without any refund.

 

4. Delivery and Dispatch

• Estimated delivery timelines for custom orders will be provided during the consultation process.

• Shveata Mishra (SM) is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

• Once an order has been dispatched, Shveata Mishra (SM) is not liable for loss, damage, or delays caused during transit.

 

5. Service Expectations

• Services are tailored to individual client needs. The results may vary based on client engagement and circumstances.

• We do not guarantee specific outcomes due to the personalized nature of services.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information during consultations.

• Changes to requirements after service confirmation may not be accommodated.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, materials, and products created by Shveata Mishra (SM), including designs, questionnaires, and curated playlists, remain the exclusive intellectual property of Shveata Mishra (SM).

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of any content or material is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• Shveata Mishra (SM) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service or product.

 

9. Indemnification

• By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shveata Mishra (SM), its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

 

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Shveata Mishra (SM) shall be resolved through mutual negotiation.

• In the event of unresolved disputes, arbitration will be sought in accordance with applicable laws.

 

11. Termination

• Shveata Mishra (SM) reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if clients violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

 

12. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction based on the location of service delivery or as mutually agreed between the parties.

• Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction agreed upon by both parties at the time of the dispute.
