Section 01

General Policy

These terms and conditions govern all services offered by Dr. Shveata Mishra and apply to every client, visitor, or user who engages with any product, consultation, or content provided through this platform.

Dr. Shveata Mishra reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these terms at any time and without prior notice. Continued use of any service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Section 02

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services are subject to the following refund and cancellation terms:

• All confirmed services and sessions are non-refundable once confirmed. This includes consultations, packages, and any other bookings.
• Questionnaires, assessments, and digital materials are non-refundable upon delivery or access.
• Custom and bespoke orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. No cancellations are permitted once the design or creation process has commenced.
• Package services require full prepayment prior to commencement. No refunds will be issued once the package has been initiated.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Same-day rescheduling is not permitted.

Section 03

Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the specified payment methods provided at the time of booking. Full payment is required before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the booking without notice. Dr. Shveata Mishra reserves the right to pursue outstanding amounts through appropriate legal channels where necessary.

Section 04

Delivery & Dispatch

For any physical products or materials dispatched as part of a service, Dr. Shveata Mishra takes reasonable care to ensure timely and secure delivery. However, once an item has been dispatched, Dr. Shveata Mishra accepts no liability for delays, losses, or damage that occur during transit by third-party carriers.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee. Clients are encouraged to raise any concerns regarding delivery directly with the relevant carrier.

Section 05

Service Expectations

Dr. Shveata Mishra is committed to delivering research-informed, thoughtful, and personalised services to every client. However, results and outcomes are inherently individual and will vary from person to person.

No specific outcomes, transformations, or results are guaranteed as part of any service. All services are complementary in nature and do not substitute professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Clients are advised to consult qualified healthcare professionals for clinical concerns.

Section 06

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of booking and throughout the duration of any service. Inaccurate information may affect the quality and relevance of the service delivered.

Requests for changes or amendments following confirmation of a service may not always be accommodated. Dr. Shveata Mishra will make reasonable efforts to address changes where possible, but cannot guarantee modifications once a service is underway.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, research, methodologies, written works, visual content, and service designs created by Dr. Shveata Mishra remain the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Shveata Mishra at all times.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, adapt, or commercially exploit any content or materials without express written permission from Dr. Shveata Mishra. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

Section 08

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Shveata Mishra’s total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific service.

Dr. Shveata Mishra shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use any service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of income, or emotional distress beyond what is directly attributable to the service provided.

Section 09

Indemnification

By engaging with any service, clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dr. Shveata Mishra, her representatives, affiliates, and associates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the client’s use of the services or any violation of these terms and conditions.

Section 10

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising from the use of services or these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the dispute being raised.

If negotiation does not result in a resolution, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Arbitration will be conducted in a mutually agreed location or jurisdiction. Both parties waive the right to pursue claims through litigation except where arbitration is not available or enforceable by law.

Section 11

Termination

Dr. Shveata Mishra reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or refuse service to any client at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions or conduct that is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or disrespectful.

In the event of termination initiated by Dr. Shveata Mishra without cause, any prepaid amount for services not yet rendered may be considered for a pro-rata refund at Dr. Shveata Mishra’s sole discretion.

Section 12

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is delivered, or as otherwise agreed in writing between Dr. Shveata Mishra and the client at the time of engagement.

Where no specific jurisdiction is agreed upon, the laws applicable to the primary place of business of Dr. Shveata Mishra shall govern.

Affiliate Disclosure
